Consortium Planning Manager

Contribute to project strategy on phasing, sequencing, and resource leveling. Develop and optimize the execution schedule during the bid phase. Build and maintain the project schedule and time management plan. Own the baseline and manage its evolution in line with process rules. Create and maintain the planning dashboard and track key planning KPIs.

Monitor schedule performance, analyze deviations, and report findings. Provide the project manager with proposals on acceleration and resource optimization. Support the contract manager with records and analyses for contractual claims. Contribute to risk opportunity management through float measurement and analysis. Produce and present contractual schedule reports to all stakeholders.

Challenge and consolidate schedule inputs from all parties. Build the as-built schedule at project closeout. Contribute to lessons-learned reviews on planning matters. Ensure QHSE rules are applied within scope.
