Brand Ambassador

Brand Ambassador – Gourmet Food Demonstrations Pay: $20.00/hr. Join our team and help promote our premium gourmet foods at rotating Costco locations. As a Brand Ambassador, you’ll engage customers, share product knowledge, and create a fun, energetic experience that drives sales. This role also includes supporting event setup, maintaining a clean and safe work area, and assisting with breakdown at the end of each shift.

Responsibilities

Conduct product demonstrations at various Costco warehouses Engage customers and confidently promote our gourmet food products Create an enthusiastic, welcoming environment that enhances the customer experience Provide clear product information and insights to support sales Maintain a clean, organized work area to ensure customer and employee safety Assist with event setup and end‑of‑day breakdown Minimum Requirements Prior sales or product demonstration experience is a plus Flexible schedule, including weekends Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for up to 6 hours Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently Ability to travel regularly to multiple Costco locations within the assigned territory Weekend assignments rotate by site and may occasionally require travel outside the immediate region Important Note About Travel Thank you for your interest in our Roadshow events.

We want to share a quick reminder regarding transportation: Driving is often the most reliable option, and we proudly offer mileage reimbursement for travel to event locations. Most sites fall outside train service areas, and weekend public transit can be unpredictable.
