Position : Commercial Lines Account Manager Job Type : In Office (5 Days), Hybrid after training is completed, Full Time, Permanent Work Location : Edmonton, AB or Calgary, AB (Edmonton is preferred) Pay : Starting From $60,000 annually What You Will Do: Service and grow a commercial lines portfolio Handle new business, renewals, endorsements, and accounts receivable Advise clients on coverage and support policy/claims inquiries Maintain accurate records in our broker management system Collaborate with carriers, vendors, and colleagues What You Bring : Alberta General Insurance Level 2 is required Minimum 3 years of insurance experience as direct writer or from any brokage company is an asset Transportation industry insurance experience is an asset Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office and broker management systems CAIB, CIP, other insurance related designations are an asset What We Offer: One-on-one mentorship and team guidance Engaging, collaborative work environment Paid time off, retirement plans, and comprehensive group benefits Tuition reimbursement and ongoing professional development About Us: Stone.
