Director, Operations and Facilities

The Director of Operations & Facilities is a leadership role responsible for the strategic oversight and day-to-day management of Insignia Event Services' facilities, operations, and safety and security departments. Reporting to the VP of Operations, this position plays a critical role in ensuring that all venues operate at the highest level of efficiency, safety, and excellence — both on and off event days.

The ideal candidate is a seasoned operations leader who brings a hands-on approach, a strong facilities management background, and the ability to lead high-performing teams in a fast-paced, high-volume event environment.
