Sr Inside Sales Executive

Department : Sales & Marketing Position: Senior Inside Sales Executive Industry: Medical Devices Manufacturing Experience: 3–6 Years Location: Medical Devices Park, Sultanpur, Sangareddy, Telangana Employment Type: Full-Time Reporting To: Sales Manager / Management Job Summary We are seeking a motivated, result-oriented Inside Sales professional with 3–6 years of experience in medical devices.

The role covers lead generation, customer relationship management, sales coordination, quotation preparation, order processing, and business development. Experience with medical consumables, surgical disposables and B2B customers is preferred. Lead Generation & Business Development Identify new business opportunities in the medical device and healthcare sectors.

Develop leads among distributors, hospitals, healthcare institutions and OEM clients. Conduct outbound calls, emails and follow-ups to convert qualified leads. Customer Relationship Management Manage relationships with existing and prospective customers. Respond to product inquiries, technical information requests and commercial discussions.

Coordinate timely resolution of customer requirements and complaints. Sales Coordination & Order Management Prepare quotations, proforma invoices and commercial proposals. Coordinate with production, supply chain, quality and dispatch teams. Track purchase orders, delivery schedules and customer commitments. Product Knowledge & Samples Understand IV Sets, Hemodialysis Blood Tubing Sets, surgical disposables and related consumables.

Explain specifications, features and intended applications accurately. Coordinate sample dispatch, product documentation and customer feedback. Sales Follow-up & Revenue Follow up on quotations, samples, orders and pending confirmations. Support monthly and quarterly sales targets and repeat business. Maintain a structured sales pipeline and customer retention activities.

OEM & Contract Manufacturing Identify OEM and private-label manufacturing prospects. Coordinate customer requirements, commercial discussions and onboarding. CRM & Reporting Maintain customer records and opportunities in CRM software. Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales activity reports. Monitor lead conversion, quotations, orders and sales performance.

Payment & Documentation Coordinate with Accounts on outstanding receivables. Follow up on invoices, purchase orders and commercial documentation.

Requirements

3–6 years in inside sales or B2B sales, preferably in medical devices. Knowledge of medical consumables, hospital supplies and healthcare products. Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Hindi. Negotiation, customer engagement, time management and follow-up skills. Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, email and CRM tools such as Zoho CRM.

Ability to prepare quotations, reports and commercial proposals Independent, proactive and target-oriented working style. Bachelor’s degree in B.Sc., B.Pharm., B.Tech., Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences, Business Administration or a related field. MBA in Sales or Marketing is an advantage. Experience in medical device manufacturing, medical consumables or healthcare distribution.

Exposure to OEM clients, distributors, hospitals and institutional customers. Domestic or export sales coordination experience is an advantage. Experience collaborating with manufacturing and quality teams.
