We are looking for a Senior Operations Manager to lead Capital.com’s operations in Dubai as we move most of our operations onto AI and automation. You will build and strengthen the Dubai operations team and support it day to day. You’ll agree global strategy with the Global Head of Operations and deliver it locally, and you’ll be the main person responsible for operations in front of the regulator.

Much of the work means coordinating across global functions so local needs are met, from regional performance and incidents to launch readiness. You’ll work closely with the General Manager, Compliance and global operations leadership, and you’ll be a key player in bringing AI into how operations run locally.
