Assistant Director of Facilities – Custodial Services & Grounds

CATEGORY/LEVEL: PSS/11 BASIC FUNCTION: The Assistant Director of Grounds Custodial Services provides leadership, direction, and oversight for the college's grounds maintenance and custodial operations. This position is responsible for ensuring that campus buildings, grounds, walkways, parking areas, athletic fields, and outdoor spaces are maintained in a safe, clean, attractive, and welcoming condition.

The Assistant Director supervises staff, manages budgets and resources, oversees contractors, develops operational plans, and supports the college's commitment to student success and community engagement through exceptional campus stewardship.
