Warehouse Worker

The Warehouse Worker supports daily warehouse and logistics operations by safely handling freight, preparing shipments, maintaining accurate inventory, and ensuring a clean and organized work environment. This role is essential to maintaining efficient operations and meeting customer service standards at Hawaii Transfer Company.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Load, unload, move, stack, and stage freight using proper material handling techniques Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and damage Pick, pack, and prepare outbound freight according to shipping documentation Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, and hand trucks (certification required where applicable) Accurately complete paperwork, scans, and inventory documentation Maintain warehouse and facility cleanliness and organization to meet safety and operational standards Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and House Rules Assist with inventory counts and audits as needed Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding workflow and issues Perform other duties as assigned to support warehouse operations
