- Report to Proposal Director.
- Review RFQ and make the strategy for corporate approval.
- Organize the proposal preparation on Commercial & Technical Proposal.
- Prepare the Kick-off meeting for bidding preparation
- Prepare the budget as RFQ requirement and report for Corporation management approval.
- Organize on-site audit activities when customer come to company
- Organize clarification meeting with Client
- Hand over the successful tender to Project management Team.
- Prepare the Lesson & Learnt.
- Close out the tender Bachelor's degree or above in Naval Architecture & Ocean Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Automation, Petrochemical Engineering, or Project Management. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Business English and proficiency in Mandarin. Minimum 8 years of direct working experience on FPSO/FSO/FLNG, Topsides, or large-scale offshore oil & gas EPC projects, with at least 5 years focused on bidding, tendering, or contract management. Engineering or equipment procurement background preferred.
