NC Communication Disorder Specialist Position

Elementary School Speech Therapist (SLP) | Full-Time Help Students Find Their Voice Our Organization is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist for a full-time, school-based role in an elementary setting. In this position, you’ll deliver individualized therapy, support communication development, and collaborate with educators to enhance student success.

What You’ll Do in this role: Provide direct services in an elementary school setting. Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed.

Collaborate with educators, families, and school-based teams. Develop and implement individualized speech and language therapy plans. Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with school and state guidelines.

Requirements

ASHA certification is desirable. Possess an active Speech Pathology license in North Carolina. Hold a Master's Degree in a Communication Disorder-related field.
