Job Purpose: We are actively looking for a Supply Chain Coordinator to support the smooth and timely flow of imported goods by ensuring import documentation, regulatory requirements and clearance activities are effectively coordinated. The Supply Chain Coordinator will work closely with Demand & Supply Planners, Logistics Partners, Freight Forwarders, Finance and Regulatory Authorities to ensure shipments are received efficiently, risks are proactively managed and supply continuity is maintained.

Key Responsibilities

Manage import documentation and regulatory requirements, ensuring accuracy, compliance and timely shipment clearance Coordinate with Freight Forwarders, Logistics Partners and regulatory authorities to facilitate smooth import and clearance processes Monitor shipment arrivals, clearance and container movements, proactively addressing delays and potential supply risks Track and analyse storage, detention, demurrage and other logistics costs, and recommend actions to optimise costs Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to provide visibility on shipment status, clearance performance and operational costs Work closely with Supply Planning, Logistics, Costing and other stakeholders to ensure efficient end-to-end shipment execution Proactively resolve import and clearance issues to support product availability and supply continuity Drive continuous improvement of import processes, documentation and ways of working to improve efficiency and reduce manual follow-up Job Requirements: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, International Trade, Business or related field At least 2 years’ experience in import coordination, logistics, freight forwarding or supply chain operations Good understanding of import documentation and regulatory requirements Prior exposure to FMCG sector Dynamic and motivated individual with a positive can-do attitude Proactive, organized, and able to work independently and in a team environment Well-versed in the Microsoft Office Suite and Power BI or any other reporting tools Good communication and presentation skills in both French and English Strong organizational, analytical, follow-up and communication skills Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and proactively resolve issues We are an equal opportunity employer and are committed to creating a diverse and inclusive environment for all team members.
