- CHD, is currently seeking an experienced Program Supervisor to join our team in the Springfield, MA and surrounding towns. The Residential Supervisor works within the Agency’s team model, establishing open communication, support and accountability among co-workers. Our team works in a supportive residential environment for developmentally disabled adults living in a community-based group home.
