Staff Physical Therapist

POSITION SUMMARY

Evaluates, plans and implements specific treatment programs to meet identified patient needs in a variety of work settings. Performs in accordance with standards of Physical Therapy practice that are ethical and legal in North Carolina. EDUCATION, CREDENTIALS, TRAINING and EXPERIENCE: Minimum Required: Bachelor#s Degree, Master#s Degree, or Doctorate Degree from an American Physical Therapy Association accredited program for Physical Therapists.

Current North Carolina license or license eligible. BCLS certification; recertification required annually. May require valid NC Driver#s license and access to use of an automobile. Preferred: Experienced Physical Therapist with Master#s Degree and/or specialty certification.
