Home Health Clinical Manager Alpha Home Health & Hospice Job Type: Full-time Pay: $95,000 - $125,000 per year Location: Everett, WA License/Certification: Washington RN License (Required) Experience: Minimum 3 years of home health clinical experience required; leadership experience preferred but not required. Alpha Home Health & Hospice is seeking an experienced and motivated Home Health Clinical Manager to oversee clinical operations and support our growing home health team in the Everett, WA area.

This leadership position plays a vital role in ensuring exceptional patient care, regulatory compliance, staff development, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day clinical oversight of home health nursing and interdisciplinary staff. Ensure compliance with Medicare, state, federal, and agency regulations. Review and monitor documentation for accuracy, timeliness, and quality standards. Support clinicians through training, mentoring, coaching, and performance development.

Assist with hiring, onboarding, staff retention, and employee engagement initiatives. Oversee patient care coordination and ensure appropriate delivery of services. Collaborate with physicians, therapy staff, and other healthcare professionals to promote positive patient outcomes. Monitor quality indicators, patient satisfaction, and agency performance metrics.

Participate in case conferences and interdisciplinary team meetings. Address clinical concerns and provide leadership support for field staff as needed.

Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Washington State. Minimum of 3 years of home health agency experience . Strong understanding of home health regulations, documentation requirements, and clinical best practices. Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Preferred: At least 1 year of leadership, supervisory, or management experience .

Experience overseeing clinical teams in a home health setting. Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related healthcare field.
