Project Manager Assistant

Full job description: A well-established Central Texas Electrical Contractor, Allied Electric Services is looking to add a Project Manager Assistant to our team. Completes work assignments and priorities by using policies, data, and resources; collaborating with managers, co-workers, customers, and other business partners; identifying priorities, deadlines, and expectations; communicating progress and information; determining and recommending ways to address improvement opportunities; and adapting to and learning from change, difficulties, and feedback.

Provides support for construction Project Managers. Communicates with General Contractors as directed by staff. Assists with procuring permits as needed. Sets up jobs in Auto Desk. Assists in submitting change orders. Assists foreman with close out process for projects including punch lists. Assists with Accubid entry.

-Must hold a current TDLR License-Must have a valid drivers license with good driving record for company vehicle use.
