Five Star Home Services is hiring Retail Sales Representatives to connect homeowners with heating and cooling solutions inside established home improvement retail locations. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys sales, thrives on meeting goals, and wants a guaranteed hourly wage PLUS opportunities to earn performance bonuses.

No HVAC experience? No problem! We provide paid training to help you learn our services and succeed. WHAT YOU GET $30/hour for your first 30 calendar days while building your lead pipeline. $20/hour after 30 days + performance bonus opportunities. Weekly Pay Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance after 90 days. Company HSA Contributions with eligible medical plan enrollment.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Engage shoppers inside established home improvement retail locations. Start friendly conversations about customers' heating, cooling, and home comfort needs. Identify homeowners who may be interested in replacing or upgrading their furnace, air conditioner, heat pump, or other HVAC equipment. Generate qualified leads and schedule complimentary in-home HVAC consultations with our professional team.

Explain approved HVAC services, promotions, and consultation opportunities. Collect accurate customer information and coordinate appointment requests. Build positive relationships with retail associates and store management. Meet established customer engagement, lead generation, and appointment-setting goals. You don't have to install HVAC equipment or close the final sale.

Your job is to create the opportunity and connect customers with our experts! YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT IF YOU: Enjoy talking to people and aren't afraid to start conversations. Have a competitive, goal-driven mindset. Can handle rejection without losing motivation. Are confident, personable, and comfortable working independently.

Have strong communication and customer service skills. Are dependable, organized, and professional. Are comfortable standing and engaging customers throughout your shift. Can work assigned retail shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed. Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, lead generation, appointment setting, promotional marketing, or home improvement is a plus.
