Assistant Business Manager NF-04

This position is located at Stars and Stripes Europe, Kaiserslautern, Germany. Incentives and Bonuses Incentives will not be paid.

A qualified candidate must possess the following: One (1) year of work experience managing or directing the activities of a media or newspaper organization. In addition to the above qualifications, candidates who possess the following qualifications will be considered "Highly Preferred" or "Best Qualified": Possess experience building external partnerships and negotiating commercial contracts, sponsorship agreements, or Memorandums of Agreement (MOAs). Possess experience leading multi-stakeholder projects from concept to completion, and presenting business proposals to senior leadership. Possess experience conducting business operations within a Department of Defense, NAF, or military community environment. Applicant meeting the Best Qualifying Criteria/Highly Preferred will be referred to the hiring manager. All other qualified applicants will be referred if requested by the hiring manager.
