Job Purpose:

Responsible for management of Rehabilitation Services in Island Hospitals Physical Therapy Center and the Lopez Island Medical Center as well as ensuring for the delivery of high quality patient care within budgeted parameters.

Duties:

Develops and maintains annual operating budgets within prescribed parameters. Accountable for budgetary compliance. Anticipates budgetary impact of service changes and develops contingency plans. Evaluates statistical data to determine trends, potential for improvement and develops same. Recommends cost-saving methods and service augmentation to improve economy of the department operations.
