• Wichita, KS, Salary Range: $18.00 - $21.00, Come join the Omega Management Group Team for this exciting opportunity. We are looking to add a Groundskeeper with our team. To maintain all outdoor areas in a safe, clean, and attractive condition and perform minor repairs throughout the property. Knowledge, Abilities and Other Qualities Applies common sense understanding to carry out simple one to four step instructions Deal with standardized situations with occasional or no deviations from standard procedures required An associate in this position must be knowledgeable and skilled in the safe use and maintenance of the following tools: Hand Tools: various wrenches, grips, sledgehammer, hammer, snips, post hole diggers, saws, rakes, etc. User-Moved aids: wheelbarrows, dollies, buckets, hoists, jacks, step ladders, full ladders, double ladders Must have a telephone where you can be reached.
