Schedule: Monday–Friday 40 to 50hrs per wk Job Type: Full-Time, Onsite Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Industrial Ammonia Refrigeration Technician to join our team in Brighton, CO.

This is a plant-based position offering consistent work at one industrial facility, without the need to travel between multiple customer sites. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing industrial ammonia (NH3) refrigeration systems and related equipment.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair industrial ammonia refrigeration systems. Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on refrigeration equipment. Maintain and troubleshoot compressors, pumps, valves, piping, and related components. Identify mechanical and refrigeration system issues and complete necessary repairs.

Monitor system performance to support safe, reliable, and efficient plant operations. Follow established safety procedures and refrigeration system protocols. Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities.

Qualifications

Hands-on experience with industrial ammonia (NH3) refrigeration systems. Strong mechanical and refrigeration troubleshooting skills. Experience maintaining and repairing industrial refrigeration equipment and components. Ability to diagnose problems and perform repairs independently. Strong commitment to workplace safety and established procedures.

Ability to work effectively in an industrial plant environment.
