Licensed Practical Nurse (PT/LPN)

Description Our beautiful independent and assisted living community is seeking a part-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) . This individual will support the Assisted Living Director of Nursing (DON) in ensuring residents receive high-quality, person-centered care.

Responsibilities include

providing nursing services, assessing residents’ needs, developing and updating individualized care plans, communicating with residents, family members and physicians, supervising care staff as needed, and participating in the rotating on-call schedule. The successful candidates will be licensed in the State of Missouri, possess excellent communication skills and enjoy working in geriatric medicine.

Prior long-term care experience is a plus, and familiarity with Matrix. Care is preferred.
