WISe Clinical Supervisor

Akin is seeking two experienced and compassionate WISe Clinical Supervisors to provide clinical leadership and support to our WISe teams across Washington State. We have two openings with distinct supervisory responsibilities: one position will oversee and provide supervision to both WISe Therapists and Care Coordinators, while the second position will oversee and supervise WISe Therapists only.

In either role, you'll mentor and develop staff, foster a collaborative and supportive team environment, and ensure high-quality, family-centered services that align with WISe model standards. Working closely with the WISe Program Director, you'll help strengthen clinical practices, support program success, and make a meaningful difference in the lives of children, youth, and families.
