Description We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Host/Host to join our team. As a Host/Host, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our customers.

Your role

will involve greeting and seating guests, managing reservations, and assisting with various tasks to support the smooth operation of the restaurant.

Responsibilities

Greet guests with a warm and friendly demeanor upon arrival Escort guests to their assigned tables and provide menus Manage reservations and maintain an organized seating chart Assist in answering phone calls and taking reservations Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure efficient seating and service Monitor the dining area to ensure cleanliness and proper set-up Provide accurate wait times and communicate any delays to guests Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner Assist in maintaining a clean and organized lobby area Skills: Previous experience using Revel POS or similar restaurant point-of-sale systems is preferred Knowledge of hotel or restaurant operations is a plus Strong guest service skills with the ability to provide exceptional customer service Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure Strong organizational skills with attention to detail Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
