Home Lending Branch Manager

Supervises, examines, evaluates, and oversees the loan production process at a home lending branch for 1st Security Bank. Applies supervisory responsibilities in accordance with 1st Security Bank’s policies and procedures. A proven leader in the communities served by 1st Security Bank including partnerships with local businesses, realtors, builders, title companies, insurance companies, and other entities tied to home lending.

Provides the main point of contact for loan officers and a secondary point of contact for customers during the lending process. Responsible for the interviewing, hiring, rewarding, disciplining, addressing complaints, and overall customer (both inside and out) service.
