Commercial Loan Servicing Specialist

Responsible for providing comprehensive commercial loan servicing support to Commercial Banking business units. Duties include researching and analyzing loan and core system data, processing loan payments and advances, handling borrower and internal customer inquiries, performing loan maintenance, managing payoff requests, balancing daily general ledger activity, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Ensures all activities are completed accurately and in compliance with Company policies and procedures, as well as all applicable federal and state laws and regulations.
