Driver Recruiter

Transportation Recruiter Full-Time | On-Site | U.S. & Canada Support We’re looking for a driven, resourceful Driver Recruiter to help power our transportation workforce across the U.S. and Canada. In this high-impact role, you’ll own the full recruiting lifecycle—sourcing, hiring, and onboarding top CDL and non CDL drivers—while also playing a key role in converting temporary drivers into long-term team members.

What You’ll Do Own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle : sourcing, screening, offers, onboarding, and early retention support Recruit CDL and non CDL company drivers for tractor and straight truck operations across multiple markets Drive the conversion of temporary drivers into permanent hires across the U.

S. and Canada Proactively source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and targeted campaigns Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate experience, qualifications, and cultural fit Ensure compliance with DOT, FMCSA, and company hiring standards , including background checks, MVRs, and drug screenings Maintain accurate and compliant DQ files and administrative documentation Clearly communicate job expectations, compensation, schedules, and benefits Partner closely with operations, HR, and workforce teams to meet hiring goals Track and manage candidates using ATS platforms (ideally Tenstreet ) Support new hire engagement and retention through ongoing communication during onboarding Work full time on site What You Bring 2+ years of experience recruiting CDL and non?
