Member Services Associate (Part-Time)

At the Tennessee Aquarium, we strive to connect people with nature and empower them to make informed decisions about water and wildlife. The Member Services Associate is responsible for engaging with guests and members at Member Services and in the Membership office in order to assist with membership purchases and renewals, generate additional sales, and ensure excellent customer service by problem-solving any guest needs.
