Service Coordinator
Job description
The Service Coordinator supports residents’ stability, independence, and ability to age in place within an affordable housing community. The role connects residents with property management, service providers, and community partners while ensuring responsive coordination, accurate records, and compliance with program standards.
Service Coordinator II and Senior positions also provide leadership for assigned staff, programs, or partnerships.
