Distribution Operations Analyst

The Distribution Operations Analyst transforms distribution, inventory, labor, productivity, and operational data into clear insights and actionable recommendations that improve service, efficiency, accuracy, and execution across the distribution operation. This role develops and maintains reporting, dashboards, forecasts, and analytical tools; identifies trends and root causes; and partners with Distribution leadership and cross-functional teams to solve operational business problems.

The Analyst uses data, automation, and company-approved analytical and generative AI tools to improve visibility, support decision-making, and identify practical solutions while maintaining data security, accuracy, confidentiality, and appropriate human review.
