Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions using CRM systems.

Stay informed about company products and services to provide accurate and helpful information. Collaborate with internal teams to improve the overall customer experience. Participate in training sessions to continuously enhance skills and product knowledge.

Requirements

Fluency in German and English, both spoken and written. Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a similar industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-focused mindset. Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office tools. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Willingness to relocate to Sofia, with relocation expenses fully covered by the company.
