About Digital Accounting Club Digital Accounting Club (DAC) is an Ed. Tech platform founded by CA Kunal Kumar. We conduct live GST masterclasses and offer structured programs in Accounting, Income Tax, TDS, and Zoho Books. We operate through weekly webinars, CRM-driven sales systems, and membership-based learning programs.

We are building structured systems and looking for a disciplined Operations Executive to manage execution and reporting. Role Overview The Operations Executive will be responsible for ensuring smooth execution of webinars, CRM updates, student access management, follow-ups, and structured reporting. This is an execution-focused, KPI-driven role requiring high attention to detail and strong system discipline.

Key Responsibilities

1. Webinar Operations Create and manage Zoom webinar links Ensure recording and attendance tracking Upload replay within 24 hours Update CRM attendance data Provide live operational support during sessions
2. CRM & Lead Management Maintain accurate lead records in Zoho CRM Tag leads properly (Registered / Attended / Hot / Buyer) Track follow-ups and pending payments Maintain weekly funnel performance report
3. Student Access & LMS Management Verify payments before granting access Add students to correct membership level Manage access upgrades and removals Issue certificates Resolve access issues within defined SLA
4. Communication & Follow-Up Send structured follow-up messages Monitor WhatsApp and email queries Maintain professional communication standards
5. Social Media Execution Support Coordinate post scheduling (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn) Maintain content calendar Track weekly engagement metrics
6. Reporting Send daily structured operations report Submit weekly performance summary Maintain operational dashboard Requirements 1–3 years experience in operations, coordination, Ed. Tech, or similar role Strong proficiency in Google Sheets / Excel Familiarity with CRM systems (Zoho CRM preferred) Comfortable using Zoom and online tools Good written English communication High attention to detail and data accuracy Availability during live webinar timings Benefits Competitive and aligned with industry standards, based on experience and performance capability.
