PURPOSE To control and administer all cash handling and daily banking processes by reconciling cash takings, investigating variances, and ensuring accurate balancing of transactions to support operational integrity.

QUALIFICATIONS

& EXPERIENCE National Senior Level Certificate Minimum 2–4 years cashier or cash handling experience Strong numerical and administrative skills ADVANTAGEOUS Computer literacy (MS Office) Ability to pass Cash Office assessment High level of integrity and attention to detail KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Cash Handling & Banking Perform daily cash-ups and reconcile all transactions Investigate shortages and overages Manage cash floats and petty cash Ensure accurate and timely banking of all funds Administration & Reporting Prepare and submit daily reports to Head Office Perform cashier spot checks and reconciliations Monitor financial accuracy across all cash points Risk & Control Ensure compliance with all cash handling procedures Maintain strict control over company funds Identify and report inconsistencies or risks Operational Support Support frontline operations when required Assist with audits and stocktakes Closing Date: 18 October 2026 OL
