Security Supervisor FT

We’re looking for a Security Supervisor to oversee daily operations, lead Security Officers, and ensure a safe, secure environment for our guests, team members, and assets.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise, schedule, and assign tasks to Security Officers Patrol property and assist with incident response Monitor officer performance and ensure proper conduct Support secure cash/asset handling and restricted area access Maintain clear communication with management and other departments Perform duties of Security Officer as needed Qualifications: Must be 21+ with a high school diploma or GED 5+ years of supervisory experience (2+ in security preferred) Strong leadership, communication, and crisis management skills Proficient in Microsoft Office CPR certification preferred or willingness to obtain License: Nevada Gaming Registration Driver's License Alcohol Awareness Card Paragon Tropicana is an Equal Opportunity Employer and maintains the policy of recruiting and retaining the best-qualified personnel who demonstrate the ability to perform competently and work well with others.
