This is a Full-Time opportunity. The ideal candidate will perform back office Medical Assistant duties, such as rooming patients, obtaining vitals, and assisting the provider. Medical Assistant Job Responsibilities: Provides medical assistance to physicians Obtains vital signs Greets and chaperones patients during medical visit Maintains medical documentation Schedules care, treatment, diagnostic tests per physician Processes prescription requests and referrals Experience Requirements: 2+ years Patient Care Experience Experience in Physician's office Education & Credential Requirements: High School Diploma/GED Required Associate of Arts/Science Preferred Basic Life Support (BLS) Required Certified Medical Assistant Preferred If you are interested in joining our team as a full-time Medical Assistant at Baptist Health | Orange Park Pediatrics located in Orange Park, FL, please apply now!
