Sr Director, Portfolio Management

JOB SCOPE: The Senior Director of Portfolio Management will be responsible for leading all aspects of developing, analyzing, and directing the informational systems for the real estate portfolio, encompassing both owned and leased assets.

JOB SUMMARY

The Senior Director of Portfolio Management is responsible for ensuring the integrity and management of property-level data and reporting, implementing policies, procedures, and controls for effective data management and reporting of results. Additionally, you will provide expert advice, analysis, and due diligence support on all investment decisions and activities.
