Test Specialist (SharePoint) x 2 (Standard/Expert) - EU Institution - 90% Remote (Poland)

The role will be performed in Near-Site meaning you must live within 2-hour radius of the Warsaw, Poland premises . Remote working mode but must be able to go on-site upon request (hence the 2-hour radius) . Who are we? For one of our main clients based in Warsaw, Poland we are looking for 2 different Senior Test Specialist (SharePoint) profiles: #LI-JG1 Education University degree (BSc/MSc) (preferably in ICT related) or specifically Software Testing Tools Certificate ISTQB Advanced or an equivalent certification recognized internationally (subject to acceptance as a valid credential by the Client) In case no certificate 3 years ’ experience in test design is required (above 5 years experience in similar position) EXPERT LEVEL Knowledge / Skills At least 8 years of hands on experience in testing complex systems at the highest level of which - 6 years are specific to the technologies listed Well versed and practical knowledge of software testing tools Expert in designing tests Analytical mind, attention to detail and an ability to pick things up quickly Presents excellent communication and documentation skills Knowledge of full end-to-end Software Development Lifecycle Proven functional, regression and acceptance testing of enterprise web applications built on SharePoint / SPFx / React with .

NET Web APIs , including API testing (e.g. Postman) and basic performance testing (e.g. JMeter) Hands-on management of test plans, test suites, test cases and defects in Azure DevOps Test Plans / Boards , with traceability from requirements and user stories to test results and to the commits/pull requests fixing the defects Experience in taking over a test asset base from a third-party contractor (test-case inventory, regression suites, environments) and in verifying a Definition of Done that includes security-scan and penetration-test findings Ability to work with business owners on acceptance criteria and UAT organisation; availability for a knowledge-transfer period.

Designs and documents test cases for software systems Executes test Executes exploratory test sessions Reports Test results and found defects Interprets test results, reports on test progress and issues Cooperates with analysis, architects, software development and service desk teams Reviews project documentation Takes test lead role in smaller projects STANDARD LEVEL Knowledge / Skills A least 5 years of total IT professional experience of which at least 4 years in testing including unit testing, integration testing, functional testing, performance and stress testing, acceptance testing and regression testing Expert in designing test environments Hands on experience in testing complex systems up to the amount of years per profile requested at the "minimum experience at similar position" Experience in setting up test management tool for new project.

Experience in providing test documentation. Experience in leading testing in complex project Practical knowledge of testing tools. Analytical mind, attention to detail and an ability to pick things up quickly Presents excellent communication and documentation skills and knowledge of processes in Software Development Lifecycle.
