Technical Product Manager - Digital Channel Applications

The Product Manager serves as a design and technology thought leader, applying knowledge of existing and emerging trends to inform product strategy and execution. The position develops a comprehensive understanding of digital products from both technical and business perspectives to guide application development, customization, and the customer experience.

The Product Manager also supports the ongoing operation of digital platforms through release management, monitoring, and issue resolution, while collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment between strategy and execution. The position requires a collaborative and solutions-focused approach to addressing challenges. This position has one direct report.
