Assistant Programme Manager I, Division of Artificial Intelligence

Responsibilities

The position is for Doctor of Artificial Intelligence Studies (DAIS) Program and the appointee is expected to:

• Lead and manage overall programme administration and operations, ensuring smooth delivery of teaching and learning activities
• Manage course scheduling, timetabling, and coordination of teaching activities to ensure alignment with the needs of high-profile students
• Oversee end to end class and event logistics, including on-site arrangements, attendance checking, catering, and accommodation (if necessary)
• Manage programme budgeting, procurement, reimbursement, and financial compliance related to programme activities
• Drive programme quality assurance, including preparing programme reports and data for internal reviews and external reporting
• Build and maintain strong relationships with students, faculty, and external stakeholders to support programme engagement and development
• Plan and coordinate experiential learning activities to enhance students’ applied learning experience
• Organize outreach and engagement events (e.g. alumni gatherings, industry talks), and external partnership activities to strengthen programme visibility and connectivity
• Plan and coordinate promotional initiatives and marketing activities to support programme branding
• Supervise and mentor junior administrative staff, ensuring effective teamwork and professional development
• Undertake project-based and ad hoc duties as assigned by supervisors, including cross institutional collaborations
