Night Call: Monday–Thursday, 5:00 PM–7:00 AM. Weekend Call (Optional): Friday 3:00 PM–Monday 7:00 AM.

Call Structure: The physician will be on second call, with PA support available. PA coverage is unavailable between 4:00 PM and 8:00 PM, so the physician may receive additional calls during this period. This coverage gap is also why optional weekend call begins at 3:00 PM on Friday. Clinical Responsibilities Round each morning on adult GI patients. Perform upper and lower endoscopies. Perform colonoscopies. Manage general GI procedures and add-on cases as needed. Provide Monday–Thursday night call coverage, with PA support. Optional weekend call coverage. Patient & Facility Information Patient Population: Adults Case Mix: General GI and Endoscopy Rounding Required: Yes EMR: Epic Required Qualifications Active Massachusetts medical license.

Board Certified in Gastroenterology. Active DEA. BLS certification. Minimum of one year of experience. Physician's name and NPI required for initial clearance. Hospital privileges required. Credentialing Timeline: Approximately 90 days. Travel & Additional Information Hotel accommodations covered. Rental car or mileage covered.

Flights are not covered. Malpractice insurance provided/covered.
