OnFriday) 700+ lawyers across seven offices The team 50+ dedicated fee earners, including specialist partners and legal directors Acts for 100+ registered providers and 30 local authorities Nationally recognised, with a market-leading presence across the Eastern Region, London and the South East Sensitive, high-risk work, from disrepair and building safety to ASB and fire safety, alongside large-scale development and regeneration ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ The role Defend disrepair claims Run possession and injunction proceedings for tenancy breach Handle service charge disputes in the First-Tier Tribunal Own your caseload and client relationships Support complex, strategic sector projects Get involved in business development Mentor junior colleagues Help shape the growth of the Bristol practice Scope grows with seniority.

Requirements

Qualified solicitor with social housing or related experience Strong technical and commercial skills Clear communication and good client instincts Solid organisation and matter management A real interest in where the housing sector is heading Senior candidates: experience of building client relationships, supervising juniors and contributing to BD will help.
