Sales Officer - Rocket Loan

About the Role

We’re building a high-performance sales team for Rocket Loans, Recur Club’s unsecured business loan vertical. This is a frontline sales role for people who know how to sell unsecured business loans to MSMEs, enjoy speaking with customers, and are hungry to build a serious career in lending. You will get qualified leads, CRM, technology-led lead filtering, strong lender access and an above-market fixed salary + monthly incentives.

In return, we expect ownership, speed and consistent performance. What You’ll Do. Call and engage with MSME owners/CFOs every day. Understand their funding requirement and pitch the right unsecured business loan solution. Follow up aggressively and move opportunities from lead → application → sanction → disbursal. Build relationships with customers to drive repeat business and referrals.

Maintain complete and accurate activity on CRM. Work closely with internal credit, operations and lender teams to get deals closed quickly.
