Job description
π Job Title: Provider Operations Coordinator Salary Range: $21.15 - 22.12 Department : Provider Operations Reports To : Director of Provider Operations Location : Remote Job Type : Full Time FLSA Status : Non-Exempt π§ Position Summary Working closely with providers to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing relationship management, this role focuses on data management, credentialing/recredentialing, grievance resolution, and provider support across all product lines.
β Key Responsibilities Accurately enter and manage provider data for profile creation and maintenance Assist with claims issues, document discussions, and route concerns to the appropriate party for resolution Build and foster positive provider relationships through clear communication and responsive support Credential new providers in accordance with MTI and industry standards prior to network entry Recredential existing providers within industry timelines and standards Conducts timely Provider Data Management (PDM) activities ensuring effective utiliz ation of provider services, contracted rates and other terms.
Facilitate provider improvement through coaching and performance support initiatives Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless provider support and process efficiency π Required Qualifications High School Diploma or Equivalent Minimum 1 year of healthcare credentialing, provider grievance management . , or workersβ compensation claims experience Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite π‘ Preferred Qualifications Associate's degree in healthcare, Business, or related field Certification in Credentialing (CPCS or similar) Experience in provider data management or healthcare operations π§ Skills Descriptions Communication Clearly and professionally interact with providers and internal teams Problem-Solving Take initiative and find creative solutions to provider issues Attention to Detail Maintain accuracy in credentialing, data, and reporting Prioritization Balance multiple tasks and deadlines effectively Independence Work with minimal supervision while managing responsibilities Teamwork Collaborate with colleagues to resolve provider needs Analytical Skills Identify provider performance trends and opportunities π’ Work Environment & Physical Requirements Remote Ability to sit at a workstation for extended periods πΌ Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary based on experience Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off, holidays π Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Statement MTI America is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
