The Vendor Network Team is seeking highly motivated, customer-obsessed, and revenue-driven individuals to join our dynamic team. Our team plays a crucial role in facilitating claim payments from our Carriers. The role of the Enrollment Specialist is to provide proactive and exceptional customer assistance via telephone. This involves researching and verifying contact information, making outbound phone calls to ensure smooth processing of claims payments, updating contact information, and meticulously documenting results. We are looking for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess excellent communication skills, and are dedicated to delivering top-notch customer service. This role is an incentive based role where successful outcomes equal higher commissions.
