JOB SUMMARY

The core function of this position is to improve practice efficiency within Primary Care Division through effective onboarding of new clinical team members, ongoing support and training of clinical staff, and continuous optimization of clinical processes. SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Working with the leadership team within Primacy Care Division and Athena IT team, the responsibilities of the Practice Efficiency Liaison will include the following: Participate in development of onboarding and orientation protocols for nursing staff.

Onboard and train new nursing staff on standard clinical workflow Regularly monitor and provide feedback to clinical team members on efficient collaboration between providers and nursing staff Be the go-to person in the clinic: provide on-going education and support to clinical team. Demonstrate efficient clinical practices by running new providers during their orientation period Facilitate adoption of best practices with Next.

Gen by clinical team Identify barriers to efficient practices and recommend potential solutions to leadership team. As directed by the Clinical Nurse Manager, lead special projects related to practice efficiency. Other duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS: Must have the demonstrated ability to function effectively within a multi-disciplinary team.

Knowledge of lab testing, diagnostic equipment, and medical procedures and protocols is required. Must have excellent communication skills not only in patient education but also in coaching of clinical team members. Annual basic BLS/CPR certification is also required. Previous experience working as an CMA is preferred.
