Key Responsibilities

Welcome and serve guests in a friendly and professional manner. Take food and beverage orders accurately. Deliver exceptional customer service throughout service. Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards. Work closely with kitchen and bar teams. Upsell menu items and promote hotel experiences where appropriate.

About You

Passionate about hospitality and guest service. Friendly, confident, and professional. Strong communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is desirable.
