Job Description Job Responsibilities Support in the analysis, design, and development of learning and development (L&D) programmes.

Assist in the implementation, coordination, and evaluation of L&D initiatives and training programmes. Assist in the development, administration, and deployment of e-learning content through the Learning Management System (LMS). Prepare training-related reports, learning analytics, and programme documentation. Coordinate training logistics and provide administrative support for learning activities, workshops, and events.

Liaise with internal stakeholders, trainers, and participants to ensure the smooth delivery of learning programmes. Provide general support for ad hoc L&D projects and initiatives as required. Job requirements Currently pursuing or holding a Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Education, Communications, or a related field.

Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively. Detail-oriented with strong administrative and coordination capabilities. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Articulate will be an advantage.

Good interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. A proactive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment. Closing Statement: At Capita.
