Commercial Analyst

POSITION PURPOSE: The Commercial Analyst learns ICM’s business, the ethanol industry, and our customers from the ground up and grows into a larger commercial role over time. Work alongside experienced leaders to turn data into insights that directly shape how the commercial team sets strategy and serves customers.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Learn the business: Build a strong understanding of ICM’s business, the ethanol industry, and the customers we serve.
• Drive strategy with data: Gather and analyze data that helps the commercial team form strategies.
• Support the CRM: Help keep customer and opportunity information up to date while learning how the commercial team turns CRM insights into market intelligence and future growth opportunities.
• Collaborate across departments: Work side by side with commercial, engineering, project management, and business development teams to see how every part of ICM fits together, building relationships and a big-picture view of the business, plus occasional opportunities to support customer interactions.
• Take ownership of assigned data, reports, and projects from start to finish.
• Communicate findings clearly and collaborate across the commercial team.
• Grow into greater responsibility as industry knowledge and skills develop. Education/Certification:
• Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field preferred Required Knowledge & Experience:
• Experience with CRM is helpful, but not required
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of general office equipment required Skills/Abilities:
