Accounting Specialist RTR with Czech

Your Tasks Overall responsibility for the financial accounting and closings of designated European Beiersdorf companies First point of contact ("Business Partner") for the Finance Manager of the respective affiliate in all financial accounting matters. This requires very close cooperation with the local organization, combined with regular on-site visits Coordination and preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements inaccordance with local regulations and IFRS Cost center accounting and preparation of statements of income (SOI) in accordance with IFRS and group-specific guidelines Self-reliant analysis and documentation of accounts and financial statements Steering of external service providers and main contact for financial and tax auditors Monitoring and reporting of VAT transactions and contact person for questions related to VAT Pro-active development and standardization of accounting processes / accounting systems Participation in international projects Your Profile Successfully completed professional education in accounting or a Bachelor/Master degree with focus on finance and accounting Fluency in written and spoken English and Czech 3+ years experience in finance and accounting, preferably with closing activities /financial statements Very good knowledge of international accounting standards (IFRS) Confident handling of SAP 4HANA and MS Office applications High sense of responsibility Result-orientation and assertiveness, especially in the application of internationaland Group standards Independent and customer-oriented way of working Team orientation Constant willingness for professional development Ability to work 3 days a week from our Beiersdorf Campus located in Poznań Additional accounting certificates will be an asset At Beiersdorf, we want to help people feel good about their skin – and our commitment goes far beyond caring for skin.
