Responsibilities

Architect complex, automated CRM journeys (multichannel) in tight cooperation with Marketing specialists Optimize segmentation, personalization, and dynamic content logic Lead QA frameworks across channels Drive A/B testing strategy and behavioral targeting. Assist Marketing managers in selecting top performers. Act as point of contact for platform vendors and third parties Handle and/or distribute escalations amongst team members Requirements: Expert in CRM platforms, personalization logic, and campaign automation Proficient in KPI frameworks Strong understanding of customer behavior, retention models, and CRM ROI Process automation and tool integration experience Stakeholder management and cross-team collaboration What to expect from us: Competitive remuneration package and social benefits.
