Learning and Development Specialist

The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of corporate learning and development experience, with an emphasis on instructional design and LMS administration and governance. This position will serve as the primary enterprise administrator for Pathways, design digital and instructor-led learning solutions, own New Hire Orientation from end to end, and support other organization-wide L&D programs and systems.

We are looking for someone who is driven, self-motivated, technically confident, and able to work independently while managing multiple projects and competing priorities in an extremely fast-paced environment. Strong organization, communication, stakeholder partnership, and follow-through are essential.
